since we have so many taking part this time, it is best for the COO to negotiate with the club to have shotgun start.  4 flights to tee off at each hole 1 and hole 10 will take a long time to finish the whole event.  just my opinion lah.  I have done a G2G for 32 pax, no shotgun start that time, you know what, the last flight to come back was at 2.45pm when we started at 9am. 

Kerawit knows the story. his flight was the last to come back and he was the hero for helping his team to win in that team event

kalau -- KALAU -- practice one hour per day, it would only be 12 hours. but with errands to be done or requested to be done, gettig stuck in traffic jams, meetings that last until sun down, send and pick-up anak sekolah/tuition etc etc,....koyak lagi sekali nampaknya ni

Yes, I totally agree.

In fact, our unsung hero, the behind-the-scene guy Saipol, who has been without fail helping out in organising our monthly G2Gs, did arrange for shotgun start at the last G2G in Maran ....  But hopefully those who had indicated their confirmation to attend will show up ... If not it'll make a mess out of the flight arrangements ....

What I have done:
Talk to the person in charge of golf tournament (Cik Ayu 012 - 346 7xx9)
Make a booking on 14th October 2009 under Mr. Kamal's name (as he is our boss)
I have pre booked 7 flights (28 pax) although pre registration already 30 pax

Before the tournament day, say, on 12/10/2009 Monday I will fax all the confirmed names with your card no.. (if you all use nick names, please PM your real name) ... according to Cik Ayu, no need to call the card operator as the club will check your name in the faxed list
(kalau nak call pun bole ... kata booking atas name Kamal)

Please pay at the counter direct.

Tee off time : BEFORE 9.30AM (if not the golf rate will change)

AGS/AGN/GLI = Golf rate RM65nett (inclusive RM12 food vaucher)
SSG = Golf rate RM48nett (no food voucher)
Visitor = Golf rate RM88nett (no food vaucher)
nett ni maknanya : green fee, buggy fee & insurance
caddie : optional (tak caya tanya ayu) sape2 mau caddie, arrange kemudian)

Due to AGS/AGN/GLI have RM12 food vaucher, SSG cardholder & visitor also must top up RM12 for the food. SSG will pay RM60/pax & Visitor RM100/pax. (say we have 28pax x RM12 = RM336)
if RM12 is not enough, the boss will decide latter in this forum.

F&B will be served after the game as I will contact Cik Ayu what to prepare (nasi goreng cina, mee goreng mamak etc etc, fresh orange etc etc for the turn up participants and will be paid  with the total food vauchers & money collected)

Short gun : NO SHORT GUN (MINIMUM FLIGHT FOR SHORT GUN IS 30 FLIGHTS) ... START FRONT & BACK 9 (nak buat cam na, club rules)

OK guys!!!! You heard the man ... So for those of you who's taking part in this coming 9th G2G.. Please take note:

1. Please indicate your full names and contact numbers (or PM me if you wish to keep your hp nos confidential).
2. Tee-Off must be before 9:30 AM. If not charges will not be as indicated.
3. So please be early because we need pay before we can play.
4. No ShotGun start... So we will break up into 2 groups, 1st 9 and back 9.
5. Those without food vouchers, please top-up RM12. And if you guys feel RM12 is not enough, then please post your suggestion.
