Ada kawan nak Jual dia punya membership PTGC.

Kalau nak beli baru from club = RM7000 + (RM1500 or RM1000 not so sure) refundable deposit.

dia nak jual RM4500 inclusive of transfer fees (RM2900) but not inclusive deposit.

so u pay RM4500 and you also pay the deposit (refundable).

PTGC is selling its membership at RM 7K + security deposit RM 1.5 K total RM 8.5 K and you get RM500 vouchers. If members are selling, PTGC wants RM4.4K, i.e. 2.9K for transfer fee and RM1.5 k security deposit. So if kawan Baba jual RM4.5K inclusive of transfer fee, he will get RM1.6K nett! That will be RM 500 cheaper than club rate! So can I just pay RM1.6K and the rest I pay to the club? Make sure all outstanding accounts are settled! Malaysia Boleh...kita boleh>
