actually, golf doesnt require much physical strength..most important is ur club have proper contact with the ball, not good contact..good contact can bring u around the course, but proper contact can bring down ur score!
my teaching pro is a skinny person and his swing is very relax, yet the ball can still go 250m..tp kalo g gym utk stamina, itu bagus!
