Bus expected to arrive around 7am. Latest 7.30am we shall depart Shah Alam. Next pick-up point are Tesco Ampang and Petronas Ulu Klang -MRR2. Should other pick-up point requested along MRR2 highway, pls inform organiser.

To all,

abagzek discussed this matter with me (objectively and seriously). as abgzek had given his commitment to the bus owner already, and he must pass the money on the day of travel itself, and with just 4 more days to go, we wish to inform, re-inform and finalise as follows:

bus fare :
at RM1500 for the whole bus, and at 30 persons (initial expectation), it would have come up to RM50.00 per person. since then the number of passengers has dwindled to 20, and now to 13, with a few more yet to give their confirmation.

Obviously, the lesser the number, the more each of us must pay. e.g.
at 30 persons, RM50.00,
at 20, RM75 each,
at 15 persons, RM100.
If 13, then these 13 guys would have to pay RM116 per person.
please take initial notice of this matter.

to the above 13 guys, please re-state your pledge/confirmation whether you will agree to proceed with this bus arrangement even if you must pay RM116 per person. or higher (if the number reduces some more).

abgzek says it's perfectly okay if we say we do not agree with the increased payment/bus fare. no problem. all he needs to do is inform the bus owner that he has to cancel the bus booking. of course he must pay RM200.00 for this cancellation but it's still better than last-minute cancellation where he has to pay even more.

pls state your pledge/confirmation not later than 4.00 p.m. Wednesday Feb 24th. I will post the list separately in the next posting. thank you for your replies.

Final decision
to proceed or not, to pay more or not, and whatever final decision on this matter, will be announced on Thursday, February 25th 2010 not later than 11.00 p.m.
