Salam..perkenalan
Just nak cerita pengalaman main golf hari ni berkenaan kepentingan kawalan mental...
Dah lebih seminggu training dan dah boleh dikatakan consistent every shot. Then tadi try join bapak2 buaya..dengan penuh rasa confident dengan prestasi sebelum ni saya memulakan permainan yang cukup membanggakan. Mcm pro, every shot on..6 lubang pertama semua par (birdie cas)..masuk lubang ketuju dah overconfident..Par 3 birdie cas...dapat boogey..then mental dah start tergugat but everyshot still macam pro but bila go for short game hancuss termasuk putting. Masa ni mental makin tergangu. Lubang seterusnya pelbagai silly mistake berlaku..maknanya kawalan mental semasa bermain dah tak stabil. Bila oppenent tgk kita dah tak stabil maka peluang diambil dengan "double up betting".
Bila kita tak pernah betting besar2 sampai ratus2 selubang ni mula ler menggigil. Ditambah dengan kawalan mental yang tak berapa waras menjadikan permainan rosak teruk dan menyebabkan kekalahan teruk hari ni.
Bila dipikir2 semula...game hari ni bagus cuma kawalan mental menjadikan silly mistake berlaku. So disini tahap kawalan minda adalah salah satu pengukur kepada prestasi permainan golf. So tidak hairanlah kalau bila tournament jer sukar utk kita dapat prestasi sepertimana hari biasa. KlU NAK JADI JUARA DALAM EVERY TOURNAMENT, PLS IMPROVE OUR MENTAL GAME MANAGEMENT. This is some tips web i found
if you really want the best out of yourself as a golfer, and want to be playing to your best possible level, areas that you need to concentrate on to improve your mental golf are:
* The very first
* thing you need to do is believe that you can! Detach yourself from what goes on around you.
* To turn off destructive self-talk and replace it with positive, constructive self-talk.
* Regulate your highs and lows to stay on your best game.
* Learn to handle mistakes (which determines how well you'll play).
Believe that when you train your mind, your body will follow.
* Be confident in yourself and confident in repeating your swing.
* Understand the importance of "staying in the moment".
