2nd. BLUE.SKY GOLF CHALLENGE! ... Return to Monterez!

Salam & Greetings fellow KakiGolfers!

Firstly I must apologize for this delay in initiating a new thread for this event. I've been getting numerous text messages, emails and PMs inquiring about when I will be opening up the registration for the 2nd Blue.Sky Golf Challenge. Now that I have, I sincerely hope that the response to register for the event will be much more overwhelming than the inquiries I had received. 

Anyway! I do feel compelled to explain the reason for the delay as well as the change in the intended venue, and I can assure you guys that the procrastination was certainly unintended on my part.

It was initially intended that the venue, and date for the 2nd. Blue.Sky Golf Challenge was going to be held at Seri Selangor GC, and on the 16th. January 2010.

Verbal confirmations were exchanged between the club and yours truly and it was agreed that 16th. January will be the scheduled date, and a follow-up e-mail was subsequently sent to them to reconfirm the date. Sadly however, there were no forthcoming replies and it was only after numerous phone calls made to them that I was then "verbally" informed that the proposed date had already been taken.

I then proceeded to fax a letter to them requesting for another date, which was 23rd, January but again I only received a verbal reply through the phone a couple of days later ... only to be informed that 23rd. January was also a no-go.

Changing venues and dates on the 11th hour is no easy feat. For one, I first had to get the go ahead from the sponsors on a new date, and secondly, getting all the pros to agree to play on another re-scheduled date, is not really a walk in the park  .....

But ..phew!!! Here I am, finally opening the registration for the 2nd. Blue.Sky Golf Challenge with about 3 weeks to spare !!!     

And yes!!! we're gonna have it at Monterez once again...

I spoke to Nabila Kota Permai,she told me on the 30th January on the afternoon there is no booking or tournament yet.So if suit to your budget maybe we can do something about the course location at kota permai or maybe myself  as a beginner doing wrong with writing this to you and the forum.If I'm wrong,sorry about that,but if you need assistance,I can make arrangement between you and the club.
