Four (4) flights have been booked at the PDGCC under my name Jaafar (Membership 0396A).

For golfers whose home clubs have affiliation with PDGCC, kindly make arrangement for your clubs to fax your names so that youcan pay just buggy fees.

For previledge card holders, if your rate is lower than RM70, you should book through your card establishment and join the flights booked under my name. Otherwise just show up and pay walk-in/guest rate which is RM70 all inclusive.

There will be additional collection of RM20 per pax for makan2 after the game.
