A SHORT REMINDER!

Mode of play
The mode of play for this tournament is “Handicap of the Day” and “Stroke Play”.
The handicap of the day of each player will be calculated base on "system 36" and the gross score will then be deducted by the handicap to find the winner.

In stroke play, all putts need to be holed.

Score card marking
Please ensure that each player submits only one score card. All markings should be clearly written and readable. Any amendments to any scores should be initialed and again should be readable. The organiser reserves the right not to accept any score cards which are deemed unreadable.     

The markings should be done by your flight mate known as “the marker”. Usually the lowest handicap player in the flight is appointed the marker. As a guide, the marker should mark a player’s score on the first column (A) of the score card and his own score (i.e. the marker's) in the last column (D). Upon completion of the round, please make sure that both the marker and the player sign the score card. Kindly ensure also that the marker's score (i.e. the last column - D) is struck off before submitting the card to the organiser.

Determining the winner
The winner shall be determined by the net score of the player. In case of a tie, the lower handicap player will be declared the winner and if this is still a tie, the score in the 18, 17 and 16 holes in the descending order will be the decider.

Tournament Rules
The rules of golf shall apply. All G.U.R, O.B and other such rules by the club shall be applicable and supersede other rules. Please refer to the back of the score card for detailed Local Rules. Please note that all decisions made by the organiser is final.

Ethics
Please avoid slow play.
Please ensure that noise is kept down as not to disturb other players.
Please repair divots and ball marks, and keep the golf course clean.
Please ensure all rules are adhered to.

General
The organiser has the right to abandon the tournament due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a case, no winner will be declared.
All players have a duty to ensure that his/her score card is submitted. The organiser will not take responsibility if any score card is missing and therefore will not be taken into consideration for the prizes offered.
All decisions of the organiser are final and any complaint will not be entertained.
