Bro! Kalau dah 5-10 flights pegi sana main .. sure ada yg akan main 3 courses punya!!!

kalau ramai mcm tu seklai, dan main banyak course, MFG dgn ahman dah boleh organise macam-macam format of competition tu!:

a. G2G Seberanglaut
b. inter-club: Monterez vs Rancamaya, Monterez vs Pondok Indah etc
c. inter-course: Rancamaya vs Pondok Indah, Pondok Indah vs Cengkareng etc

(tau sebut tapi tak tau kat mana, tak tau macam mana rupa)

Pak Ngah,

Saya handle untuk event sahaja...playing at other courses, at own arrangement...sebab saya bukan travel agent dan nak manage more than 4 persons is not easy..kena ada 5 flights, each flight nak main different course, cirit saya nanti..
Kerenah manusia berbeza...dan kita takleh nak paksa...kena lak yang tak leh ikut schedule..to wake up at 4.30am and playing 36 holes a day, tak semua sanggup....


Apa2 pun, Pak Ngah interested tak??

Azlela! You'd be surprised, kekadang MAS' rates can be cheaper than Air Asia .. Last time return trip to JKt was only RM280/= ..  And you get to board from KLIA proper instead of LCCT ...

Golf Course: Rancamaya GCC, Indonesia
Rounds of Golf: 2 (1 Practice round, 1 actual mini tournament)
Logistic Arrangement: 2 options -
1st Option: Self Arranged (you can find transport/air ticket/hotel to suit your budget) 
2nd Option: We arrange for you (will try to get not too low and too high ..so, average)

Commitment: Very High. Means, pre-paid the fees for 2 rounds of golf at Rancamaya to avoid any cancellation.
Fees: Rp700k for Actual Game day inclusive of Light Breakfast (Nasi Goreng or Bubur Ayam) & Lunch (Rancamaya Favourite menu ,Nasi Pasundan:nasi putih,daging empal goreng,ayam bakar,sayur asem,
                              tempe goreng,tahu goreng,lalaban,sambal dan kerupuk)

Fees Practice Round: TBA (Optional)

The plan is to have this event after Aidil Fitri...most likely end of Sept or Early October..but it will be on Weekdays.

Please take note that we only organize the event not your trip/logistic.
For example, if the event is on Tuesday, you can travel on Monday and leave whenever you want...or you wanna come earlier to play at different courses prior to the event, it's up to you..

My suggestion is, if you could plan with your kakis (1 flight - 4 players), then that would be better for your trip..and we will meet on the event day...

wah, you dah ada early discussion ngan Rancamaya official in May??? bagus tu...
I'll be meeting with them by end of June together with Club Manager and Event Manager of Rancamaya.

We need to have minimum 5 flights. I would suggest to those who are interested and 'purely' want to join this event, form the group of 4. You guys can plan your own activities and logistic as long as on the G2G Day, all show-up at Rancamaya.

Dear All,

For those who are 1st timer to jejak kaki to Seberang, below is the guideline (just to give you some idea of the cost):

1. Airticket Return (MAS): RM500 (up to you to choose which airlines).
-> it could be higher or lower. But this is the average of airfare from KUL - CGK(Jakarta)
-> Suggest to take morning flight: Depart at 9.10am with MH711 and arrive at 10.10am (Jakarta Time)

2. Hotel: Very subjective. But it should not more than RM200 per night
-> Location: up to you. Those who would love shooping and night life, staying nearby Jakarta city is advisable
-> Both Jakarta and Bogor have nice golf courses around them. Rancamaya is located nearby Bogor (Ciawi)

3. Transportation: Advisable to have 4 person per MPV so you can share evenly the charges. RM190 per day per MPV (Around RM50 per person per day)
-> normally covers 12 hours. Time starts when you call the driver for the 1st duty of the day. If you use the service at 5.30am, it will end by 5.30pm. Any additional hours, normally costs you by RM10-12.

4. Meals: Quite cheap. Normally, per person RM50 per day
-> we normally practice group meal. Means, we go out to have dinner or lunch in a group and the charges distributed evenly.

5. Golf: Average golfing rate on weekdays: RPh600k (good golf courses/championship course) : around Rm200 per round
-> Some golf courses have cheaper rate on weekday especially on Monday.
-> it's better to check with Golf club before you go there, just in case if they have tournaments.
-> Do not forget to include Rph700k for our G2G special edition at Rancamaya.


So, basically you need roughly around (for 3 days 2 nights):
Airfare: RM500
Hotel: RM200 x 2 = RM400
Transportation: RM50 x 3 = Rm150
Meals: RM50 x 3= Rm150
Golf: 3 Rounds (Rm700)

Total around: Rm1900
Suggested Amount to bring: Rm3000.
