the Organizing Committee, after a marathon conference last night, has decided and determined,
seriously and objectively, as follows:
Flight Arrangement: We will
seriously follow the basic
Kakigolf SOP i.e.
"Flight Complete, Pay Up, Go!". For this purpose, the respective
Flight Captain will need to
seriously do the following:
(1) Collect green fees, prize pool money and lunch money from his members, then
(2) Fill up the Score Card details (one golfer one scorecard), then
(3) Pass up the payments to Rochie (Rochie will submit payments to the club and do the registration), then
(4) Once the above is done,
seriously walk up to the tee box, tee-up, say a silent prayer, and tee-off.
Flight membersseriouslyseriously hate, or who you hate most, or who you just love to hate.
Seriouslysubjective matter. So, do find your own flight members yourself.
Flight Captainsseriously recommended that
5 flights will carry 4 golfers each (20 players), and
3 flights will carry 3 golfers each (9 players). Flights of 2 golfers are not allowed on a weekend.
Mercy Flight: this is the last flight (not necessarily Flight
. Whoever comes in late, you will join this flight. This flight will have to wait for such stragglers, and so will tee off last.
Total Amount to be collected: Total to be collected is
RM70.00 per person, being Green Fees RM45.00, Lunch Money RM10.00, and PrizePool Money RM15.00. The prizepool money is to cover for purchase of prizes. Rochie will show us receipts of purchase of these prizes as proof, if you
seriously wish to see them.
(You have read in this thread that Rochie has managed to negotiate with the club for a very good rate: only RM45.00 instead of RM60.00. Terima kasih sekali lagi, bro!)
Scorecard: upon completion of the round (18 holes, not 9!) the
Flight Captain will collect the scorecards from each of his members and submit them directly to the Registration Counter.
SeriousScores: scores will be decided based on
(
seriously I still donno how this thing is calculated but what the heck...).
Competition Prizes:
Top 10 scorersspecial person specially selected by the organizing committee will receive one
Special Prize for his
seriously special effort.
Lucky Draw prizes: There will be
10 prizes to be given to the
seriously poor souls whose scorecards happen to be lucky enough to be drawn out at the prize-giving ceremony. Take
serious note that the Top 10 players and that Special Person
will not qualify anymore for these prizes.
Tee Off Time: Breakfast will be by own arrangement. Tee off will
seriously start at
8.00 a.m. give or take 30 minutes.
Seriouslyno shot-gun start. Therefore the
objective is to arrive as early as possible, pay up and tee off a.s.a.p. (because there are other
serious golfers playing as well).

caddy regular paymentRM20.00 per caddy per golfer. You pay this amount directly to the caddy. Bear in mind that there might not be enough caddies for every golfer.

NOT to hug the caddy. A simple high-five will do, if you must celebrate. The caddies at this club are quite shy, modest persons. They are not used to being hugged by golfers.
5. while the course is very, very flat (and, like the US Augusta Masters course, almost no rough), try to
